The Hemingway Room

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business conferences (weekday focus aligns with standard business schedules)
• Professional seminars and training sessions
• Small to mid-sized private functions and receptions
• Networking events and business gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. However, as a dedicated event space in Calgary's southeast corridor, expect moderate to mid-range pricing typical for professional venues in this market. Request quotes directly, as costs will depend heavily on guest count, duration, and services included. Budget $1,500–$5,000+ depending on your event scope, but confirm actual pricing early in your planning process.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability with extended business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) accommodates corporate events and daytime gatherings
• Direct contact line (+1 403-452-7938) enables quick communication about custom requests
• Established venue with a website presence and booking infrastructure
• Location in southeast Calgary provides accessibility for the broader metropolitan area

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm maximum guest count and whether the space can be divided or configured differently for various event sizes
• Amenities and inclusions – Ask about AV equipment, catering options, tables, chairs, parking, and what's provided versus rented separately
• Weekend availability – Current hours show weekend closure; confirm if special weekend bookings are possible or if your event must occur Monday–Friday
• Setup and breakdown times – Clarify whether business hours reflect available event time or if setup/breakdown windows extend beyond listed hours
