Parkview Event Space

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, small-to-medium private events, community gatherings, creative workshops

Estimated Budget Range: $500–$2,500+ per event (estimate based on Seattle market rates for comparable multipurpose venues; actual costs depend on event size, date, and specific services required). Contact the venue directly for precise pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Centrally located in Seattle (8th Ave N), making it accessible for local attendees and vendors
• Open Wednesday through Sunday, which accommodates weekend events and mid-week corporate functions
• Direct contact approach suggests personalized service and flexibility in planning
• Clear communication is emphasized, reducing back-and-forth during the booking process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Confirm maximum guest count to ensure the space fits your expected attendance
• Amenities and setup: Ask specifically about included furniture, AV equipment, catering options, and what you'll need to arrange separately
• Pricing structure: Clarify whether quotes cover rental only or include tables, chairs, basic setup, and cleaning
• Weekend availability: With limited Saturday and Sunday hours (10 AM–3 PM), confirm if your event timing aligns with their schedule and whether evening events are possible
