• Ballard location offers good Seattle accessibility and neighborhood appeal for local attendees

• Professional team known for clear communication reduces planning friction during the coordination process
• Established venue with dedicated event experience suggests reliable execution

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Confirm exact guest count ranges, as capacity isn't specified—this directly impacts budget and event scope
• Amenities and setup: Ask what's included (tables, chairs, A/V, kitchen access, parking, restrooms) versus what requires rental or additional fees
• Weekend availability: Venue shows Saturday/Sunday closure, so confirm if special weekend events are possible and what premium pricing might apply
• Cancellation and payment terms: Request details on deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and payment timeline, since pricing is custom-quoted
