The Lab at Ada’s

The Lab at Ada's – Planner Insight

Best For:

• Evening receptions and late-night social events (given extended 2:00 AM closing time)
• Daytime seminars, workshops, or networking events
• Flexible scheduling needs requiring early morning or late-night availability

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate given the lack of pricing transparency. Budget ranges for Seattle event venues typically span $500–$5,000+ depending on time/day rental and guest count, but contact the venue directly for actual quotes. Actual costs may vary significantly based on setup requirements and event timing.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operational hours (7:00 AM–2:00 AM daily) provide rare scheduling flexibility for unconventional event times
• Consistent availability seven days a week removes common day-of-week pricing premiums and availability constraints
• Central Capitol Hill location (15th Ave E) offers good accessibility for Seattle-area attendees

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity limits and floor plan layouts, as this wasn't publicly listed
• Confirm what amenities and built-in equipment are included (AV, tables, chairs, kitchen access, etc.)
• Clarify pricing structure—whether rates vary by time of day, day of week, or guest count
• Verify setup/breakdown time policies and any restrictions on event types (some venues limit alcohol service, music volume, or guest conduct)
