OSCARS VENUE Event Space & Function Suite

Planner Insight: OSCARS VENUE Event Space & Function Suite

Best For:

• Evening receptions and celebrations (weekends 7 PM–midnight)
• Corporate meetings and daytime business events (weekday 9 AM–5 PM hours)
• Private parties and social gatherings
• Functions requiring flexible scheduling across business and evening slots

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect this to be a mid-range venue. Based on comparable Liverpool event spaces of similar type, budget £500–£2,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and day of week. Weekend evening rates typically command a premium. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes—pricing structures often vary significantly by date and duration.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend evening availability (7 PM–midnight) suits celebrations that run late without venue restrictions
• Flexible weekday hours accommodate corporate clients with standard business schedules
• Business park location provides dedicated venue space with likely ample parking, useful for guest convenience
• Contact-based pricing allows negotiation based on specific event needs rather than fixed rate structures

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – No stated guest count limits; confirm maximum occupancy for your group size and layout options
• Included amenities – Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, bar facilities, AV equipment, catering in-house vs. external) as these significantly impact total costs
• Booking minimums and time limits – Confirm minimum rental periods, especially for weekend evening slots, and whether setup/breakdown time is included
• Cancellation and payment terms – Discuss deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and payment schedules before committing
