Co.Co. Liverpool

• Late-night receptions, after-parties, and post-dinner celebrations
• Weekend private events (Friday-Sunday focus)
• Cocktail parties and networking events (downtown location attracts professionals)
• Club-style celebrations where extended hours are an asset

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a specific estimate without capacity details or published pricing. As a private hire venue in Liverpool city center, expect mid-to-premium range pricing. Contact the venue directly for quotes—costs will likely vary significantly based on guest count, day of week, and time of booking. Budget 20-30% contingency until you receive formal pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (open until 2-3 AM Friday/Saturday) suit events that run late
• Downtown Castle Street location offers excellent guest accessibility and transport links
• Private hire model allows customized event setup without competing activities
• Weekend-focused schedule simplifies planning for those with Friday-Sunday availability

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits — Essential for budgeting and determining if the space fits your guest count
• Included amenities — Confirm what's provided (sound system, lighting, bar setup, tables/chairs, parking) versus what requires additional vendors
• Cancellation and payment terms — Understand deposit requirements, refund policies, and payment schedule
• Weekday availability — The Monday-Thursday closure may be problematic; confirm whether exceptions exist for large bookings or corporate events
