The Bentley Liverpool

Best For: Evening and late-night events (cocktail parties, networking receptions, club-style celebrations); Friday-Saturday social gatherings; events requiring flexible daytime-to-evening transitions; smaller to mid-sized private functions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect £500–£2,500+ depending on guest count, time slot, and catering arrangements. Weekend evening events typically command premium rates. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as late-night Friday/Saturday slots may incur additional fees.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (until 2:00 AM Friday–Sunday) suit evening celebrations and post-dinner socializing without venue closure concerns
• Weekday business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) accommodate corporate daytime meetings and breakfasts
• Central Brunswick Street location offers good accessibility within Liverpool city center
• Reputation for clear communication and reliability reduces back-and-forth friction during planning

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – The unlisted guest count range is essential; confirm whether the space suits your expected attendance (10 people vs. 200 changes everything)
• What's included – Clarify what amenities are provided: tables, chairs, bar facilities, kitchen access, AV equipment, or if you're bringing everything
• Pricing structure – Confirm whether costs are per hour, flat rate, per person, or tiered by time of day (late-night premiums likely apply)
• Setup and breakdown time – Ask about access times before/after your event, especially for weekend bookings with tight turnarounds
