Planner's guide
Best For: Late-night Friday/Saturday celebrations, small-to-medium group parties, post-dinner social gatherings, corporate after-work events
Estimated Budget Range: £500–£2,000+ for private function room hire (estimate based on city-centre bar venue type; actual costs depend on group size, time slot, and F&B spend). Contact the venue for precise pricing and any minimum spend requirements.
What planners usually like:
- City-centre location on Harrington Street makes it accessible and convenient for Liverpool-based guests
- Extended late-night hours (until 2:00 AM) suit evening events and celebrations that run late
- Dedicated function room allows for semi-private or fully private events separate from main bar traffic
- Weekend availability on both Friday and Saturday provides scheduling flexibility
Things to clarify before booking:
- Exact capacity: Get confirmation on guest numbers the function room can accommodate—this isn't listed and will directly impact your event viability
- Operating restrictions: Confirm whether the venue is only open Friday–Saturday, and whether function room bookings follow the same hours (5:00 PM–2:00 AM)
- Food and beverage options: Ask about catering services, menu options, and whether outside food/drink is permitted
- Minimum spend and additional costs: Clarify if there's a room hire fee separate from F&B, any service charges, or group size minimums required for booking
