Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to establish. Based on city-center Perth venues of this type, expect AUD $800–$3,000+ for venue hire, depending on guest count, day of week, and duration. This is a rough estimate; actual costs will depend on capacity, event type, and current availability. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes.

What planners usually like:

• Central Hay Street Mall location offers convenience and foot traffic visibility for attendees
• Extended hours (10 AM–12 AM daily) provide flexibility for evening and late-night events
• Consistent availability throughout the week with no apparent day-of-week closures
• Reputation for clear communication suggests straightforward booking and planning processes

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity: Confirm exact guest capacity to ensure the venue fits your headcount and event scale
• Included amenities: Verify what's provided (tables, chairs, bar facilities, sound/lighting, kitchen access, parking) versus what requires additional rental
• Pricing structure: Understand the base hire fee, whether it varies by day/time, and if there are minimums for catering or bar spend
• Setup and breakdown: Confirm available setup time before your event and breakdown/departure deadlines, especially given the late operating hours
