Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and configuration options – The venue capacity isn't listed; confirm exact guest capacity, whether it's divisible into smaller spaces, and available setup configurations (theatre, banquet, classroom, etc.)
• Included services vs. add-ons – Clarify what's included in base pricing (tables, chairs, AV, bar setup) versus what incurs additional charges
• Booking flexibility and minimum spend – Understand if there are food/beverage minimums, cancellation policies, and lead time requirements
• Exclusive use and event timing – Confirm whether you have exclusive venue use, operating hours available for setup/breakdown, and any restrictions around event duration
