Best For: Corporate functions and evening receptions; private parties and celebrations; meetings and daytime events (Monday-Thursday); weekend social gatherings with evening-only availability

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes. Based on it being a function centre in Perth, expect mid-range pricing typical of dedicated event spaces—likely $500–$2,500+ depending on day, time, and guest count. • Weekend evening availability (Saturday 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, Sunday 5:00–11:00 PM) works well for social events and receptions
• Direct contact line provided for personalized inquiries and custom arrangement discussions

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details: No guest count range is listed—confirm maximum and minimum capacity to ensure it suits your event size
• Amenities and inclusions: Clarify what's included (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, bar setup) versus what incurs additional charges
• Friday availability: Note the venue closes at 5:00 PM on Fridays—confirm if evening Friday events are possible or if this limits your options
• Pricing structure: Request detailed pricing breakdown including venue hire, catering options, setup/breakdown fees, and any mandatory minimums or packages
