Mount Hawthorn Lesser Hall

Best For: Community gatherings, local social functions, small-to-medium workshops or meetings, neighborhood events

Estimated Budget Range: $300–$800 for a standard 4-hour booking (estimate based on modest community hall pricing in Perth; actual costs may vary significantly pending venue confirmation of space size, inclusions, and day/time rates).

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (7 AM–midnight) provide scheduling flexibility for morning events, evening functions, and weekend activities
• Convenient Scarborough Beach Rd location offers reasonable accessibility within Perth
• Functional community hall space typically works well for informal gatherings without requiring extensive setup or technical infrastructure
• Weekday and weekend availability supports diverse event planning timelines

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual room capacity and layout options, as this significantly impacts event viability and pricing
• Request detailed amenities list (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, AV equipment, parking, accessibility features) since none are currently listed
• Verify if pricing varies by day/time, event type, and duration—and whether setup/breakdown time is included
• Confirm cancellation policies, security deposit requirements, and any restrictions on catering, alcohol, or external vendor use
