• Toronto location on Old Kingston Rd provides accessibility for the Greater Toronto Area
• Direct contact line available for clear communication and custom inquiries
• Website presence allows for initial research before formal outreach

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout options – Request specific guest counts the venue accommodates and whether it offers flexible room configurations
• Weekend availability – Confirm if Saturday/Sunday events are possible by special arrangement, as standard hours show closures
• Included amenities and services – Ask about AV equipment, catering options, tables, chairs, parking, and what's covered in the rental fee versus add-on costs
• Booking timeline and cancellation policy – Understand minimum lead time, deposit requirements, and refund terms before committing
