What planners usually like:

• Prime downtown Toronto location on Church Street—excellent accessibility and recognizable landmark positioning
• Cathedral setting offers distinctive aesthetic appeal without requiring extensive decoration for formal events
• Weekday business hours align well with corporate event scheduling
• Direct contact team available for clear communication throughout the planning process

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact capacity for different room configurations, as this isn't publicly listed and directly impacts your event feasibility
• Weekend availability: Confirm whether Saturday/Sunday bookings are possible despite standard hours showing closed—many venues accommodate special requests outside posted times
• Included amenities: Ask about what's provided (AV equipment, tables, chairs, catering options, parking, restrooms) versus what requires additional fees
• Setup and breakdown time: Clarify time allowances before/after your event window and any associated costs, as this affects overall scheduling and budget
