Hazelton Manor

Best For: Corporate events and business functions; wedding receptions and celebrations; community gatherings and social events; mid-sized private parties (pending capacity confirmation)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to pin down. Based on comparable banquet halls in the Toronto area, expect $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and event duration. Catering and additional services will add significantly to total costs. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes tailored to your event.

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity not listed: Confirm exact guest count limits and whether the space can be divided for smaller events or expanded configurations
• Amenities and inclusions: Ask specifically about in-house catering, kitchen facilities, tables/chairs, AV equipment, parking, and what's included versus à la carte add-ons
• Pricing transparency: Request detailed pricing breakdown by guest count, day/time of week, and seasonal variations to compare actual costs against estimates
• Event restrictions: Clarify policies on alcohol, music/noise levels, decoration limitations, setup/breakdown times, and any specific event types the venue prefers or declines
