Belmont Event Space

Best For: Corporate banquets and holiday parties; wedding receptions; community celebrations and fundraisers; milestone birthday and anniversary events

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$6,000+ depending on guest count and catering choices. (This is an estimate; Toronto banquet halls typically range $1,500–$8,000+ for venue rental plus catering. Contact the venue directly for accurate pricing tied to your specific date and headcount.)

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day availability with consistent 11 AM–7 PM hours removes scheduling friction for most event types
• Straightforward banquet hall format works well for seated dinners and receptions without extensive décor customization
• Toronto location on Dixon Rd offers reasonable accessibility for city-wide guest attendance
• Direct contact team approach suggests willingness to work through logistics collaboratively

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout options – Request specific guest capacity, room configurations (theatre, classroom, banquet rounds), and whether the space is divisible for smaller events
• What's included vs. add-ons – Confirm whether tables, chairs, basic lighting, and sound equipment are included in rental, or if these are additional costs
• Catering and bar policies – Determine if in-house catering is required, outside vendor policies, alcohol licensing, and whether service staff are included
• Setup/breakdown times – Clarify how much time before and after your 11 AM–7 PM window is available for setup and breakdown, as this affects overall day logistics
