What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (6 AM–2 AM daily) accommodate unconventional event timing and late-night events without venue turnover constraints
• Central Hancock Street location in San Diego offers convenient access and visibility
• Stated focus on flexibility and client communication suggests willingness to customize arrangements
• Available seven days a week with consistent hours simplifies scheduling logistics

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Confirm exact guest count capacity to ensure your event size fits; this is essential for catering, safety, and planning
• Amenities and inclusions: Request detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, bar, kitchen, AV equipment, parking, etc.) and what requires outside vendors
• Setup and breakdown times: Confirm whether the 6 AM–2 AM hours include setup/breakdown or are guest-facing only
• Pricing structure: Understand the full cost model—venue rental, per-person charges, minimum spend, service fees, and any premium rates for peak hours or weekend events
