What planners usually like:

• Downtown location (350 Tenth Ave) offers convenient access and urban appeal for guests
• Extended operating hours (9 AM–midnight daily) provide scheduling flexibility for various event types and times
• Skybox setting with distinctive views creates a memorable atmosphere without requiring extensive décor investment
• Full-week availability eliminates common scheduling conflicts that plague other venues

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits: Confirm exact guest count ranges, as capacity isn't specified—critical for budget and logistics planning
• Included amenities: Ask specifically about tables, chairs, bar setup, AV equipment, lighting, and kitchen facilities to understand what's provided versus what requires outside vendors
• Food and beverage policies: Determine if in-house catering is required, whether outside caterers are permitted, and what alcohol policies apply
• Setup and breakdown: Confirm time windows for arrival, setup, and departure, especially for events near the midnight closing time
