Encore Event Center

Best For:

• Evening and late-night weddings or receptions
• Events requiring flexible scheduling across multiple days
• Couples seeking a San Diego-based venue with extended operating hours

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to provide a reliable estimate without published pricing. The venue requires direct contact for quotes, which is common for mid-to-large event spaces in the San Diego market. Expect to budget $3,000–$15,000+ depending on guest count, day of week, and included services, but contact the venue directly for accurate pricing specific to your event date.

What planners usually like:

• Extended hours (10 AM–2 AM daily) accommodate various event timelines and late-night celebrations without typical venue cutoff restrictions
• Consistent availability seven days a week reduces scheduling conflicts common with other venues
• Direct contact with the team emphasizes communication and personalized planning rather than automated processes

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm exact guest count limits and whether the space is divisible for smaller events or requires full buyout
• Included vs. à la carte services – Clarify what's covered (tables, chairs, bar setup, lighting, kitchen access) and what incurs additional fees
• Amenities and limitations – Request a complete list of in-house features, kitchen capabilities, parking, and any restrictions on outside vendors or décor
• Venue rental fee structure – Understand if pricing is per-hour, flat-rate, or tiered by guest count, and what deposits/cancellation policies apply
