Ballroom Casa de Festas – Alto Da Boa Vista

Contact them directly at +55 21 99868-3789 or through their website. Be prepared to provide your event date, estimated guest count, and specific services needed (catering, beverages, decorations). Most banquet halls in Rio require custom quotes based on these variables, so having this information ready speeds up the process.

Sunday availability ends at 3 PM, making this suitable for brunch events, afternoon celebrations, or early gatherings only. If you need an evening event, consider Tuesday-Saturday instead. This is worth confirming during your initial contact to ensure it aligns with your event vision.

Alto da Boa Vista is a residential neighborhood in the North Zone of Rio, accessible but not as centrally located as Zona Sul venues. You'll want to clarify parking capacity and whether the venue can accommodate ride-sharing drop-offs. This location works well for local guest bases but may require travel time for guests from other Rio neighborhoods.

Request details on climate control (essential in Rio's heat), sound/audio capabilities, kitchen facilities, restroom quantity, built-in lighting, and whether tables/chairs are included. Many banquet halls have basic setups, so understanding what's provided versus what requires additional rental prevents budget surprises.

Yes, banquet halls typically accommodate both. However, confirm their experience with your specific event type and whether they have separate spaces (if you need breakout areas for corporate functions). Ask about their standard service style, whether they provide event coordination support, and if they have preferred vendor lists.

Monday closure means you cannot schedule setup on Monday or hold Monday events. If your event spans a weekend into Monday logistics, plan accordingly with the venue or external coordinators. This is particularly relevant for multi-day corporate events or destination celebrations.
