Grumari Beach Garden

The venue hasn't published specific capacity numbers, which is common for flexible garden spaces that accommodate various configurations. You'll need to contact them directly at +55 21 97942-2010 to discuss your guest count and event layout—they can confirm whether your party size fits comfortably and how the space can be arranged for ceremonies versus receptions.

The amenities list isn't specified on their profile, so catering arrangements remain unclear. Most Rio beach venues either provide in-house catering or require approved vendor lists. Contact the venue to ask whether they offer food and beverage services or if you have freedom to bring your own caterer and what coordination is needed.

While the venue shows 24-hour Saturday/Sunday hours, operating late-night events in a residential neighborhood (Grumari) may face noise restrictions from local ordinances common in Rio. Confirm directly whether midnight events are permitted, if sound amplification has limits, and whether extended hours incur additional fees.

Grumari is a quieter residential area with limited street parking typical of Rio's coastal neighborhoods. Ask about dedicated parking for guests, whether valet service is available, and if there are clear directions or shuttle options from nearby parking areas—this significantly impacts guest experience and logistics.

As an open garden space, rain protocols are essential to clarify. Ask whether covered areas, tent options, or rain date policies are available, and whether weather-related cancellations are refundable or reschedulable.

Garden venues typically require external vendors for decorative elements and technical setup. Confirm what's provided by the venue versus what you'll contract independently, including whether they have preferred vendor lists, setup restrictions, or additional fees for external services like DJs or special lighting.
