The Venue at Eastlake

Best For:

• Corporate meetings and business gatherings (given the office lobby location and weekday-only hours)
• Small to mid-sized private events (wedding receptions, anniversaries, celebrations)
• Community organization events and local group functions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimate $1,500–$4,500+ for venue rental, depending on event size and duration. This is based on comparable banquet halls in the Chula Vista market. Actual costs will vary significantly—contact the venue directly for accurate quotes. Budget separately for catering, as it's unclear if services are included.

What planners usually like:

• Local focus and emphasis on clear communication reduces miscommunication during planning
• Limited operating hours (Tuesday and Thursday, 12–6 PM) may mean easier scheduling with fewer competing bookings
• Office lobby location suggests accessibility and proximity to Eastlake business district
• Willingness to work with local planners suggests flexibility and personalized service

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers—essential for determining if the space fits your guest count
• Confirm what's included: tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, kitchen access, or if these require additional rental fees
• Verify the unusual hours (closed Friday–Monday)—confirm these don't conflict with your preferred event date/time
• Ask about parking availability, since the office lobby location may have limited guest parking options
