The Bayside Pavilion at Safe Harbor South Bay

Best For: Waterfront corporate events and casual receptions; intimate weddings or rehearsal dinners; daytime networking gatherings; boat-themed celebrations or nautical occasions

Estimated Budget Range: Likely $1,500–$4,500+ for venue rental, depending on guest count, day of week, and season. Actual costs will vary significantly based on pavilion capacity and included amenities. Contact the venue directly for precise pricing.

What planners usually like:

• Waterfront setting provides natural ambiance and photo opportunities without requiring extensive decoration
• Daily operating hours (8 AM–4:30 PM) offer flexibility for various event start times
• Marina location appeals to specific audiences and creates a distinctive gathering space compared to traditional indoor venues
• Established team reportedly communicates clearly throughout planning, which reduces coordination friction

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact pavilion capacity and whether it accommodates your expected guest count
• Determine what amenities/furnishings are included (tables, chairs, restrooms, kitchen access, weather protection) versus what must be rented separately
• Clarify the 4:30 PM closing time—confirm whether events can extend beyond this or if there are evening rental options
• Ask about parking availability, water access for boat arrivals, and any restrictions on outside catering or vendor arrangements
