• Weekday corporate meetings and business events

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Request quotes directly, but expect Melbourne CBD event venue rates typically range from $500–$3,000+ depending on space size, guest count, and services included. Actual costs may vary significantly based on your specific requirements.

What planners usually like:

• Prime location near Federation Square in Melbourne's cultural precinct with good public transport access
• Weekday focus suggests the venue may offer flexibility for corporate clientele during business hours
• Emphasis on reliability and clear communication suggests straightforward booking processes
• Established website and direct contact line indicate professional operations

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limitations: Confirm room capacities for different setups (theater, classroom, boardroom) to ensure it fits your guest count
• Weekend availability: Since hours are Monday–Friday only, confirm whether evening or weekend events can be arranged with special arrangements
• Included amenities: Request detailed list of what's provided (AV equipment, catering, furniture, WiFi, parking) versus what requires additional fees
• Minimum spend or booking requirements: Ask about any minimums, setup times, or exclusive catering arrangements that affect final costs
