Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: No capacity listed—confirm maximum guest count and whether the space is flexible for different setup configurations (theatre-style, cocktail, boardroom, etc.)
• Included amenities and services: Clarify what's provided (tables, chairs, bar facilities, kitchen access, AV equipment, lighting) versus what requires external vendors
• Pricing structure: Confirm whether costs are hourly, fixed-rate, or tiered by guest count, and what's included in the base price (setup, breakdown, staffing)
• Event restrictions: Ask about noise policies, alcohol policies, decoration rules, and any blackout dates or minimum booking requirements
