Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics: Request exact guest capacity for different room configurations and layout options to ensure the space fits your headcount
• Amenities and inclusions: Confirm what's included (tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system) versus what requires additional rental or hire, as amenities aren't listed publicly
• Catering policy: Clarify whether in-house catering is mandatory, if outside vendors are permitted, and what the associated costs and restrictions are
• Hidden costs: Ask for a complete pricing breakdown including setup fees, cancellation policies, decoration charges, and any minimum spending requirements to avoid surprises
