Planner Insight

Best For: Corporate events and business functions, Community gatherings and social celebrations, Small to medium-sized weddings, Local organization meetings and seminars

Estimated Budget Range: ₹50,000–₹3,00,000+ depending on guest count and services included. Since pricing is contact-based and capacity is unspecified, request detailed quotes for your expected headcount. Actual costs will depend on catering, decor, and additional services provided.

What planners usually like:

• Consistent 7-day operating schedule with extended daily hours (9 AM–6:30 PM) reduces coordination complexity for multi-day or back-to-back events
• Accessible location off Bishop Rebello Road with recognizable landmarks (near SGPDA Market Complex, opposite Ravindra Bhavan) makes it easy for guests to navigate and simplifies vendor logistics
• Central Fatorda-Madgaon positioning serves the broader South Goa market, making it viable for events drawing attendees from multiple neighborhoods
• Straightforward contact availability via phone for direct communication without navigating a website

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request the exact guest capacity and confirm whether it varies by event type or room configuration—this is essential for budget estimation and feasibility planning
• Ask for a detailed amenities list: in-house catering, kitchen facilities, sound/lighting equipment, parking availability, and restroom count to assess what you'll need to arrange externally
• Confirm backup timings or flexibility for events requiring early setup or late breakdown, since posted hours may not reflect actual event scheduling windows
• Clarify cancellation policies, deposits required, and whether pricing includes basics like tables, chairs, and lighting, or if these are add-on costs
