Werneth Suite Banqueting & Conference Hall

Best For:

• Wedding receptions and ceremonies (primary focus)
• Corporate banquets and conference events
• Large family gatherings and celebrations
• Mixed-use events combining dining with meetings or presentations

Estimated Budget Range: Contact venue directly for pricing. Based on Manchester's market rates for dedicated banqueting halls, expect £800–£3,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and day of week. Actual costs will vary significantly based on package inclusions and customization.

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day-a-week availability with extended hours (9 AM–8 PM), providing flexibility for various event schedules
• Dual-purpose space suitable for both banqueting and conference setups, reducing the need to source multiple venues
• Local reputation for reliable service and clear communication during the planning process
• Central Manchester location on accessible public transport route

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details – Confirm exact guest capacity for different room configurations, as this isn't specified and directly impacts budget and planning
• Catering arrangements – Determine whether in-house catering is included, if external caterers are permitted, and what food/beverage costs are involved
• Included amenities – Ask specifically about what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, basic AV, bar facilities) versus what requires additional hire or fees
• Booking terms and cancellation policy – Request written details on deposit requirements, payment schedule, and cancellation/postponement terms before committing
