• Corporate events and business gatherings
• Wedding receptions and celebrations
• Private parties and social occasions
• Community events and networking functions

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect £500–£3,000+ depending on event size, duration, and services required. This is an estimate for a Manchester-based event venue; actual costs will depend on guest count, catering, and additional services. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes.

What planners usually like:

• Seven-day availability with extended hours (9 AM–9 PM) provides scheduling flexibility for various event types
• Located on Beech Mount in Manchester with good accessibility for guests
• Team emphasizes practical communication and coordination, which reduces planning friction
• Courtyard setting typically offers a distinctive atmosphere distinct from standard indoor venues

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity, as this isn't specified—essential for budgeting and logistics planning
• Request detailed amenity list (tables, chairs, lighting, kitchen facilities, outdoor coverage, AV capabilities) to understand what's included vs. what requires external vendors
• Clarify pricing structure—whether quotes are per hour, per guest, or per event, and what's included in base cost
• Ask about restrictions on outside catering, alcohol policies, and noise limitations if the courtyard is open to surrounding areas
