Wavertree Town Hall

Best For:

• Casual weeknight gatherings and happy hours (strong operating hours Monday-Thursday)
• Friday/Saturday evening social events (extended midnight hours)
• Small to medium group meetups (capacity unknown but bar format suggests intimate settings)
• Local networking events or community occasions

Estimated Budget Range: £200–£800+ for a private or semi-private event, depending on group size, duration, and beverage selections. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly based on room hire, minimum spend, or package options. Request a formal quote with your specific date and headcount.

What planners usually like:

• Extended Friday/Saturday hours (until midnight) accommodate later evening events without venue restrictions
• Central High Street location in Liverpool offers accessibility and local foot traffic
• Consistent weekday hours (10 AM–10 PM) provide flexibility for daytime or early evening bookings
• Direct contact option available for custom inquiries rather than automated booking systems

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity and layout: Confirm maximum guest count and whether private/semi-private spaces are available, or if events are held in open bar areas
• Amenities and setup: Ask about AV capabilities, music/DJ options, seating arrangements, and any tables or event furniture provided
• Pricing structure: Request detailed pricing for room hire, minimum spend requirements, and whether packages differ for weekday vs. weekend bookings
• Booking terms: Clarify cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and lead time needed for your event date
