Waterview in Bicentennial Park

Best For:

• Daytime corporate events and business meetings (weekday-focused operations)
• Smaller to mid-sized gatherings with scenic park settings
• Company functions and team-building events during business hours
• Outdoor or semi-outdoor events that can leverage the park environment

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. Contact the venue directly for quotes, but expect mid-range pricing typical for Sydney park-based venues. Factor in potential additional costs for catering, setup, and any park-specific requirements. Actual costs will depend on event size, date, and specific services required.

What planners usually like:

• Natural parkland setting provides visual appeal without requiring extensive decoration
• Located in an established public park, offering convenient access and familiar surroundings
• Weekday availability during standard business hours suits corporate clientele
• Direct contact approach allows for personalized discussion of specific event needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity limits – Confirm maximum guest numbers and whether capacity varies by space/configuration
• Weekend availability – Current hours show Saturday/Sunday closure; confirm if evening or weekend events are possible or require special arrangements
• Amenities and inclusions – Specify what's provided (tables, chairs, restrooms, kitchen facilities, parking, weather contingencies)
• Outdoor dependencies – Understand weather backup plans, seasonal limitations, and any restrictions on event setup or decoration within the park
