The Eveleigh | Events by The Grounds

Best For: Corporate events and private functions; Creative industry gatherings and product launches; Flexible-schedule events requiring extended operating hours; Medium to large-scale celebrations (weddings, milestone events)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budget estimates are difficult to determine. However, industrial Bay spaces in Sydney's Eveleigh precinct typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, day of week, and setup requirements. Request a formal quote to establish actual costs for your specific event scope.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (7 AM–12 AM Monday–Saturday) provide flexibility for events spanning daytime through evening
• Established track record in the local events industry suggests reliability and experience managing varied event types
• Located in Eveleigh—a trendy, accessible precinct with nearby hospitality and parking options, reducing logistics complexity
• Direct contact line (+61 2 9699 2225) suggests approachable communication, which streamlines planning and problem-solving

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers for your guest count to confirm the space suits your event size
• Ask for a detailed amenities list (AV capabilities, catering facilities, furniture, lighting, climate control) to avoid last-minute surprises
• Confirm what's included in quoted pricing versus what incurs additional costs (setup fees, staffing, equipment rentals)
• Clarify cancellation and rescheduling policies, especially for events booked months in advance
