Veranda Elegant Events

Best For: Upscale weddings and receptions, corporate galas and formal dinners, milestone celebrations (anniversaries, vow renewals), intimate cocktail events and networking functions

Estimated Budget Range: $3,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (estimate based on Orlando market rates for elegant indoor venues; actual costs depend on guest count, date, and services included). Additional costs for catering, florals, and staffing will apply. Contact the venue directly for specific pricing tied to your event size and date.

What planners usually like:

• Professional approach to vendor collaboration—the venue actively works with local planners and organizers rather than operating as a standalone package
• Extended Thursday and Friday hours (until 6:00 PM) provide scheduling flexibility for rehearsals, setup, and events that run into evening
• Central Orlando location on Westpointe Blvd offers accessibility and parking potential for guests

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Get exact guest counts the space accommodates; this directly impacts pricing and event feasibility
• Amenities and inclusions — Confirm what's provided (tables, chairs, linens, bar setup, kitchen access, lighting) versus what requires outside vendors
• Saturday afternoon limitations — The 2:00 PM Saturday closing is tight for typical events; clarify if extended hours are available and at what cost
• Cancellation and deposit terms — Discuss payment schedule, cancellation policies, and any date-hold requirements before committing
