The Lair Venue

Best For: Private parties and celebrations, corporate gatherings, flexible-schedule events, late-night functions (particularly Friday-Sunday)

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect $500–$3,000+ depending on guest count, time of day, and add-on services. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as Orlando event spaces in this category typically range widely based on duration and amenities included.

What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (open until midnight Friday/Saturday) accommodate later events and reduce scheduling conflicts
• Consistent weekday availability (9 AM–10 PM Monday–Thursday) provides flexibility for corporate or mid-week gatherings
• Local focus on communication and reliability suggests responsive coordination during planning phases
• Central Orlando location on E Colonial Dr offers accessible parking and visibility

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details: Confirm exact guest count limits, as this directly impacts event feasibility and pricing structure
• Amenities and inclusions: Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, AV equipment, kitchen access, parking, restrooms) versus what requires rental or additional fees
• Pricing structure: Ask whether rates vary by day/time, if there's a minimum spend or hourly rate, and what's included in base pricing
• Setup and breakdown: Confirm allowed setup times, breakdown deadlines, and whether there are additional charges for early arrival or extended time
