Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Confirm exact guest count the space accommodates, as this wasn't specified and directly impacts event type suitability
• Amenities and inclusions — Request a detailed list of what's provided (tables, chairs, kitchen access, parking, AV equipment, etc.) versus what requires outside vendors
• Pricing structure — Understand the cost model (hourly, flat rate, day/time-based pricing) and what's included in the base fee
• Parking and accessibility — Verify adequate parking for guests and vendor load-in/load-out procedures, especially given the strip mall location
