Legency Event Hall

Best For: Late-night celebrations and receptions, multi-day events requiring extended setup/breakdown time, corporate functions and private parties, wedding receptions and social gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, expect $1,500–$5,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and event duration. Orlando event venues in this category typically range $2,000–$4,000 for standard bookings. Request a formal quote to confirm actual costs for your specific date and event type.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (8 AM–2 AM daily) accommodate early setups, lengthy celebrations, and non-traditional event schedules without worrying about venue closure times
• Seven-day availability provides flexibility for weekend and weekday bookings across the full week
• South Orange Blossom Trail location offers convenient access and parking in an established event district
• Direct contact line and active website suggest responsive management for communication and booking coordination

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact room capacity and whether the space is divisible into multiple sections, as this isn't specified and directly impacts guest count and layout options
• Request a detailed amenities list—verify what's included (tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, audio/visual equipment, lighting) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Ask about setup/breakdown time policies and whether these are included in rental costs or charged separately, especially given the extended hours
• Clarify cancellation policies, damage deposits, and any restrictions on outside vendors or catering to avoid surprises during planning
