The Rooftop

Best For:

• Evening cocktail receptions and after-hours celebrations
• Corporate events requiring flexible scheduling (late-night networking, product launches)
• Wedding ceremonies or receptions with sunset/nighttime themes
• Private parties with unconventional timing needs

Estimated Budget Range: Contact venue directly for pricing. Based on the downtown Orlando location and rooftop positioning, expect moderate-to-premium rates typical for urban event venues in this market ($2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count and time of day). Actual costs will vary significantly based on capacity, catering, and ancillary services.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability eliminates scheduling conflicts and accommodates non-traditional event times
• Downtown location (189 S Orange Ave) offers visibility and accessibility for urban clientele
• Rooftop setting typically provides natural ambiance and photo-friendly backdrops with minimal decoration needs
• Flexibility for late-night or early-morning events appeals to venues seeking round-the-clock options

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific guest capacity limits and how that affects pricing tiers
• Confirm what amenities are included (tables, chairs, bar setup, restrooms, weather protection) and what carries additional fees
• Discuss noise restrictions and any local ordinances affecting late-night events, particularly for residential proximity concerns
• Ask about parking availability and guest access procedures, especially for off-hours events when building may have limited staffing
