The Spot Ottawa | Event Venue & Private Arcade Bar

Best For:

• Corporate team-building events and happy hours
• Birthday parties and casual celebrations
• Bachelor/bachelorette parties
• Friend group gatherings and social mixers

Estimated Budget Range: $500–$3,000+ depending on group size, duration, and food/beverage selections. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly based on private space rental, arcade packages, and catering options.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (7 AM–1 AM daily) provide flexibility for events starting in the evening or running late
• Built-in entertainment via arcade games reduces need for additional activities or entertainment vendors
• Casual, social atmosphere works well for younger demographics and informal celebrations
• Located on Merivale Rd with reasonable accessibility for Ottawa-area guests

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact guest capacity for your event size, as this isn't publicly listed and will directly impact feasibility
• Request details on what's included in venue rental versus what costs extra (arcade credits, food/beverage minimums, setup fees)
• Clarify whether the space can be fully privatized or if it remains semi-public; this affects noise levels and guest experience
• Ask about food and beverage options—whether they're provided in-house, if outside catering is allowed, and any alcohol policies
