• Couples seeking flexible planning hours and same-day event support

Estimated Budget Range: As part of The Westin Ottawa (a upscale hotel property), expect moderate-to-premium pricing typical of 4-star hotel venues in Canada's capital. Estimated range: $3,500–$8,000+ for venue rental depending on guest count, day of week, and season. Food and beverage charges typically separate. Note: This is an estimate—contact the venue directly for accurate pricing based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Built-in hotel infrastructure means backup power, climate control, and professional staff support throughout your event
• 24/7 availability removes scheduling constraints for consultations, rehearsals, or late-night events
• Guest accommodations on-site simplify logistics for destination weddings and reduce transportation coordination
• Marriott backing provides consistency in service standards and established vendor networks

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific room dimensions, layout options, and whether the space can be configured for your guest count (capacity not listed)
• Confirm what's included in venue rental versus à la carte charges (setup, tables, chairs, bar service, linens)
• Ask about exclusive event hours—does 24/7 availability mean flexibility for your group, or is the space shared with hotel guests?
• Understand cancellation and weather policies specific to this venue, as hotel terms may differ from standalone spaces
