The MEZZ

Best For: Late-night events and celebrations, corporate functions requiring flexible scheduling, private parties with non-traditional timing, intimate gatherings in a downtown location

Estimated Budget Range: Unable to determine without contacting venue directly. The lack of published pricing suggests customized quotes based on specific event needs. Budget $1,500–$5,000+ depending on guest count, time of day, and rental duration, though actual costs may vary significantly. Request a formal proposal to establish accurate figures.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability eliminates scheduling constraints common with traditional venues
• Downtown South Eola Drive location offers walkability and proximity to hotels, restaurants, and parking
• Clear communication style based on venue reputation suggests straightforward booking process
• Flexibility to accommodate non-standard event times (early mornings, late nights, overnight events)

Things to clarify before booking:

• Get specific capacity limits—this information is critical for determining if the space fits your guest count
• Request detailed amenity list, including AV equipment, tables/chairs, kitchen facilities, parking availability, and restroom capacity
• Confirm whether pricing includes basic setup/cleanup or if those are additional costs
• Verify any restrictions on event types, alcohol service, noise levels, or maximum occupancy limits that might affect your specific event

Recommendation: Contact the venue early in your planning process to gather the missing baseline information before comparing this option against competitors.
