The Cottage on Lake Fairview

Best For: Intimate weddings and ceremonies, small to mid-size receptions, lakeside photo sessions, casual corporate gatherings

Estimated Budget Range: Likely $2,000–$8,000+ for venue rental (waterfront venues in the Orlando market typically fall in this range). Actual costs will depend on guest count, date, and whether catering/bar services are included. Contact the venue directly for a formal quote, as pricing is customized.

What planners usually like:

• Waterfront setting provides natural aesthetics without heavy decoration requirements
• Seven-day operating schedule offers flexibility for weekend and weekday events
• Lakeside location in Orlando area appeals to clients seeking scenic backdrops for photography
• Direct communication with venue staff through established contact channels

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — The venue's guest count limits aren't specified; confirm maximum occupancy for your expected attendance
• What's included — Determine if pricing covers tables, chairs, basic setup, or if these are add-ons; clarify kitchen access and catering options
• Weather contingencies — Ask about indoor backup space or tent options, since lakeside venues can be weather-dependent
• Event duration and overtime policies — Confirm whether the 9 AM–7 PM hours are setup/breakdown windows or guest access times, and what happens if you run past standard hours
