What planners usually like:

• Extended weekend hours (until 11:00 PM Friday–Sunday) provide flexibility for evening events and celebrations
• Southeast Minneapolis location offers good accessibility and proximity to local dining and accommodation options
• Responsive communication and reliability are noted strengths; they prioritize clear coordination throughout the planning process
• Reasonable operating hours on weekdays (10:00 AM start) accommodate daytime corporate events and meetings

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers and room layout options—this information isn't publicly listed and is essential for matching your guest count
• Ask about included amenities (tables, chairs, lighting, AV capabilities, bar setup) versus what requires additional rental or fees
• Confirm whether catering must be provided by an approved vendor or if outside catering is permitted—this significantly impacts total event cost
• Discuss setup and breakdown times, as these affect your overall rental duration and final invoice
