What planners usually like:

• Weekday-focused hours (10 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday) work well for business events and daytime celebrations without late-night premium fees
• Located on a major transit corridor (N Milwaukee Ave, Niles), making it accessible for guests across the Chicago metro area
• Direct contact line and responsive team available during business hours for real-time planning questions
• Positioned as a reliable, no-frills option for organizers prioritizing straightforward communication over extensive amenities

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity specifics — Confirm the guest count range the space accommodates; this significantly impacts pricing and event type suitability
• Amenity details — Ask about AV capabilities, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, tables/chairs, parking, and any restrictions on outside catering or decorations
• Weekend availability — Verify if Saturday/Sunday bookings are possible or if weekday-only limits your flexibility
• Setup/breakdown time — Confirm whether rental time is hourly or block-based, and clarify policies on early arrival or extended hours
