Lone Tree Manor Banquet Hall & Catering

Best For:

• Corporate events and business dinners (weekday availability with extended hours)
• Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners (banquet hall format with on-site catering)
• Community celebrations and social gatherings (local Niles location)
• Mid-sized events requiring integrated food and beverage services

Estimated Budget Range: $2,000–$8,000+ total event cost (estimate based on banquet hall venue with on-site catering). This typically includes rental fees plus per-person catering costs. Actual pricing varies significantly by guest count, menu selections, and event date. Contact the venue directly for a detailed quote—pricing information is not publicly available.

What planners usually like:

• On-site catering eliminates vendor coordination complexity and ensures seamless food service logistics
• Extended weekday hours (until 7:00 PM Tuesday–Friday) accommodate professionals planning after-work events
• Direct communication approach—phone consultation available to discuss custom needs rather than templated packages
• Consistent weekend availability supports Saturday/Sunday event scheduling

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm exact room capacity and layout options, as this information is not listed—essential for determining if your guest count fits
• Request detailed pricing breakdown (rental fee vs. per-person catering costs, service charges, bar/beverage options)
• Clarify what amenities are included (tables, chairs, linens, AV equipment, bar setup) versus what requires additional rental
• Ask about event date availability, cancellation policies, and minimum guest count requirements for both venue and catering
