The Legacy Center | Event Venue Edmonton

Planner Insight: The Legacy Center

Best For: Corporate meetings and seminars, business conferences, professional training sessions, small-to-medium sized corporate events

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, estimate $500–$2,500+ depending on room rental, duration, and services. Contact the venue directly for accurate quotes, as corporate event spaces in Edmonton typically range from modest to mid-tier pricing. Actual costs will vary based on your specific needs.

What planners usually like:

• Weekday availability with extended hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) aligns well with standard business event scheduling
• Accessible location in northwest Edmonton with straightforward address for attendee navigation
• Flexibility to work with organizers on various event sizes suggests customizable options rather than one-size-fits-all packages
• Direct contact line makes it easy to discuss specific requirements without navigating a complex website

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Request specific room capacities, layouts (classroom, theater, banquet), and whether the venue can accommodate your expected guest count
• Weekend availability — Confirm if Saturday/Sunday events are possible by special arrangement, since standard hours show closure; many planners need weekend dates
• Included amenities — Ask about AV equipment, tables/chairs, catering options, parking, and WiFi availability, as none are listed
• Cancellation and deposit policies — Discuss payment terms, cancellation deadlines, and any restrictions given the limited public information online
