The Banquet (Edmonton ICE District)

Best For:

• After-work networking events and casual corporate gatherings
• Birthday celebrations and small group parties
• Bachelor/bachelorette pre-parties or informal social events
• Happy hour meetups and team outings

Estimated Budget Range: $800–$3,000+ depending on group size, drink selections, and any private space rental. Since pricing requires direct contact, actual costs may vary significantly. Request a per-person minimum or package pricing when you inquire.

What planners usually like:

• Prime ICE District location with walkable downtown access and nearby parking/transit options
• Extended weekend hours (until 2:00 AM Friday/Saturday) work well for evening and late-night events
• Bar venue format keeps setup simple and requires minimal event coordination compared to full-service restaurants
• Direct contact option allows customized discussions about your specific group size and needs

Things to clarify before booking:

• Confirm actual guest capacity and whether private/semi-private space is available, as this significantly impacts event feasibility
• Ask about minimum spend requirements, food options (if any), and whether outside catering is permitted
• Clarify what's included in pricing—beverage packages, bartender service, setup time, and any AV or music capabilities
• Verify availability for your specific date and time, and understand their cancellation/deposit policy in writing before committing
