The Eden Experiences

Best For: Corporate events and private parties; evening receptions and networking functions; flexible-schedule events that benefit from extended operating hours; events requiring central London accessibility

Estimated Budget Range: £2,000–£8,000+ depending on guest count, catering, and event duration. Without specified capacity or published rates, actual costs could vary significantly. Contact the venue directly for a detailed quote tailored to your event scope.

What planners usually like:

• Extended operating hours (midnight closing most days) accommodates evening events and later-running functions without venue change complications
• Central Crown Hill location offers reasonable London accessibility for guests across the city
• Flexible approach to event planning suggests adaptability to different event formats and client needs
• Direct contact option encourages early, detailed conversation about your specific requirements

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers for your anticipated guest count—this is essential for space planning and logistics
• Confirm what's included in their pricing (e.g., tables, chairs, basic lighting, bar facilities, kitchen access) versus what incurs additional costs
• Ask about in-house catering options versus external vendor policies; this significantly impacts budget and coordination
• Verify Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon availability well in advance, as these slots may be limited or require premium rates
