• Established business suggests reliable experience managing group events

Things to clarify before booking:

• Capacity details — Get exact numbers for different room configurations; this isn't listed and is essential for your guest count
• Catering options — Confirm whether food/drink is provided in-house, if external caterers are permitted, and what the full cost breakdown includes
• Event hours — The listed hours (11 AM–6 PM) appear to be office hours; clarify actual event time availability, especially for evening receptions or weekend events
• Included amenities — Ask about tables, chairs, basic sound/lighting, parking, and any setup/breakdown time restrictions
