What planners usually like:

• Convenient Electronic City location with accessible road connectivity
• Extended daily hours (6 AM–6 PM) offering flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening event scheduling
• 100-guest capacity suits intimate to small-medium gatherings without excessive overhead
• Direct contact line available for quick communication and custom inquiries

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request a detailed amenities list—confirm availability of essential facilities (AV equipment, WiFi, parking, restrooms, catering options, climate control)
• Clarify the 6 PM closing time limitation; confirm whether this works for your event timeline and whether evening events are accommodated
• Ask about setup/breakdown time allowances and whether these are included in pricing or charged separately
• Discuss parking capacity and accessibility, particularly important given the Electronic City location's traffic patterns
• Confirm cancellation policies and deposit requirements before committing
