Starlight Banquets and Event Centre

Best For: Weddings and receptions, corporate banquets and gala dinners, birthday celebrations and milestone events, community gatherings and cultural celebrations

Estimated Budget Range: Without published pricing, budgets typically range from $2,000–$8,000+ depending on guest count, catering selections, and add-on services. Request a formal quote directly from the venue, as Edmonton banquet halls vary significantly by package. Actual costs may vary based on date, time, and specific requirements.

What planners usually like:

• 24/7 availability provides scheduling flexibility, including late-night events and unconventional timing options
• Location on 34 St NW offers reasonable accessibility within Edmonton with adequate parking typical for event venues in that area
• Direct contact approach suggests personalized service and willingness to customize rather than rigid package structures

Things to clarify before booking:

• Request specific capacity numbers for your guest count, as this directly impacts pricing and logistics
• Ask for a detailed amenities list—confirm what's included (tables, chairs, linens, kitchen facilities, AV capabilities, bar setup) versus what incurs additional fees
• Understand the catering policy: does the venue have an in-house kitchen, require approved external caterers, or allow full outside catering? This significantly affects total event cost
• Confirm setup, breakdown, and rental periods—24-hour availability is noted, but clarify what hours are included in your event package and overtime charges if applicable
